Annual Summer Internship Program
2014 Summer Internship Program
One PacificCoast Bank and Foundation offer an exclusive summer internship program which provides valuable work and learning experiences to high caliber students interested in beneficial banking, community economic development and responsible financial services. Through this unique program, with tracks for both collegiate and MBA students, interns will work on challenging projects and complete deliverables designed to contribute to the intern’s career development. To supplement the learning experience, interns gain additional exposure to community and socially-responsible banking through the Beneficial Banking workshop series. Led by experts in the fields of community banking, investing, and responsible finance, these workshops provide exposure to the challenges confronted by professionals in the industry and may include trips to relevant institutions for interns to see the work in action.
Upon completion of the program, interns will present their project deliverables and learning experiences to a panel of industry professionals. Past interns have both joined the One PacificCoast team after graduation and leveraged their rich internship experience into careers in financial services and a variety of industries.
